Rayon Manager / Regional Manager (m/w/d)

What awaits you

In this role, you will manage the stations in your area and be the first point of contact for our partners, tenants and fuel dispenser attendants . To further expand our petrol station network, we are looking for experienced managers who also love working with numbers and have experience in the food sector.

• Responsibility for smooth operations, target achievement and compliance with budgets at the petrol stations and fuel dispensers in the area
• Leadership , motivation and development of station managers and employees
• Implementation of defined standards at the POS in compliance with regulations and legal provisions
• Ongoing key performance indicator analysis, analysis of deviations and definition and tracking of measures
• Interface between headquarters and branches as well as other departments such as technology, marketing, accounting, etc.
• Conducting contract negotiations with business partners, proactive and forward-looking area development

What inspires you

• several years of professional experience in a similar position
• Industry experience in the petrol station world; alternatively experience in the food retail or catering industry
• proven management experience "over the distance" in a branch structure
