We are looking for a very service-orientated person who enjoys traditional secretarial tasks and can also work very independently on projects. Do you think outside the box and have the ability to prioritise? Then you will be a great addition to our Board Office!

  • Administrative and organisational activities for the management
  • Appointment coordination and travel management
  • Meeting room management, looking after guests
  • Creating, managing and archiving documents and presentations
  • Reception of and correspondence with customers and business partners
  • Assistance in reception and telephone switchboard
  • Organisation of the gourmet lunch
     

What inspires you

  • Completed commercial training, ideally at Matura level
  • First professional experience in a similar assistant function is an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Confident written and spoken German & English, knowledge of Polish an advantage
  • Very good expression, good grammar and spelling skills
  • Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
  • Enjoy working in a team and a structured way of working
