HSE Manager (m/w/d)

What awaits you

In this newly created position, you will be responsible for occupational safety as a safety specialist and fire safety officer. You will establish a health & safety system that complies with current standards and guidelines. 

• Carrying out risk assessments, deriving suggestions for improvement and monitoring the implementation of agreed measures
• (Further) development and communication of safety regulations within the company based on legal provisions
• Responsibility for all safety-relevant documents (risk assessment, workplace evaluations, etc.)
• Creation of an activity and training plan based on identified needs
• Organisation of further education and training measures with external providers
• Drafting and updating the procedures, instructions and records of the internal management system
• Establishing and implementing safety standards
• Analysing accidents at work and deriving measures for future prevention
• Contact person for authorities, accident insurance organisations, executives and management
   

What inspires you

• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Additional training in the field of occupational safety; training as a safety specialist and/or fire protection officer an advantage or willingness to complete this at short notice
• Clear and solution-orientated communication with partners and other departments in the company
• Structured and goal-oriented way of working as well as the ability to prioritise and work under deadline pressure
• Confident written and spoken English skills are an advantage

• Depending on experience and qualifications, the annual gross salary is from around € 50,000 all in (full-time).
